Last week we attended the Off/On Commerce Day in Madrid, an interesting event which provided the keys of eCommerce for offline companies that will like to go online. The event took place on the 17th of October at the Callao Cinema in Madrid and brought together a large number of agents involved in electronic commerce, they mentioned how ecommerce stores are seeing an increase on sales thanks to websites like Raise that help them reach new customers. The event was divided into fourteen lectures given by experts in the field and three round tables with the topics: “Current state of retail sales in Spain”, “Key processes for the leap from Off to On” and “Obstacles and advantages to eCommerce”.
TAPTAP participated in the second of them with the assistance of Álvaro del Castillo, CEO of the company. In addition, Alvaro gave a presentation titled "From the mobile to retail. How to bring clients to your physical store. Bringing customers to your physical business", which was very well received and served to introduce sonata Retail, the new mobile advertising platform that will revolutionize the Retail sector thanks to the geolocation capabilities of smartphones.
More than 360 attendees came to learn from the experience of large companies about the reality of the sector.
