For the second year in a row, TAPTAP will be attending the Mobile World Congress (MWC), the largest mobile technology event in the world, in Barcelona from February 24 to 27. We will be the only Spanish company in the mobile advertising sector to have our own stand (8.1A21), in pavilion 8.1, App Planet.

This year TAPTAP will be showcasing its biggest and newest advertising solutions. Among our star products are the Second Screen formats, which allow for direct interaction between the mobile platform and the television. Another featured solution, Native Ads, enables high-value, low-intrusion advertising content to be included into spaces traditionally reserved for text. The technology that these products are based on was developed by TAPTAP in our Madrid offices, and is used by all the main editorial groups.

The company will be using its appearance at the Mobile World Congress to introduce SONATA, a new division of TAPTAP operating chiefly in the United States. This new line of business, which was announced last year at ad:tech in New York, is a way of managing geolocated local advertising using cell phones and tablets, and is aimed at helping local businesses attract customers.  At the intense four-day MWC event in Barcelona, TAPTAP will be one of more than 1,700 other exhibitors showcasing the most innovative solutions in the mobile sector. Last year more than 72,000 people attended the MWC at the Fira Gran Vía, and this year is set to beat that figure, making it the most important event of its kind in the sector.

We hope to see you at our stand!
